We are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager who will be joining our expanding Marketing team and be part of the journey to global success. You will work in a cross-functional and dynamic team and manage all areas of mobile game marketing.

Responsibilities

• ● Managing, planning, optimizing and analyzing User Acquisition campaigns across a variety of networks (Ad Networks/Social Platforms)
• ● Constantly iterating and running A/B tests within UA channels, learning, testing again and improving KPIs
• ● Defining launch and post-launch UA plans
• ● Making detailed creative briefs and work closely with the marketing art team on creative optimisation and generating new creative art work for our campaigns
• ● Working closely with the product and data teams and understanding in-game activities and features
• ● Developing a strong understanding of the gaming industry, competition and marketing ecosystem

Desired skills and experiences

• ● 3+ years of work experience in mobile marketing
• ● Prior experience in gaming industry is a big plus
• ● Huge passion about mobile acquisition and in-depth understanding of ad ecosystem
• ● Prior experience in running campaigns on ad networks
• ● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, develop actionable recommendations and implement them
• ● Ability to take full ownership of projects and grow within an agile team
• ● Comfortable working with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• ● Excellent communication skills
• ● Strong problem solving skills with a creative approach
• ● Eagerness to learn and grow in a passionate environment
• ● University degree in a related field from a reputable university
