- ● Managing all HR activities - including but not limited to hiring, strategic talent management, employee relations, performance management, learning & development and organizational development
- ● Taking a lead in driving the development of our culture in line with the company’s growth
- ● Providing the most engaging candidate experience and bringing top talents on board
- ● Partnering with other team leaders to assess requirements and make plans to meet hiring needs of various business units
- ● Developing and implementing strategic plans to mentor, motivate, and retain employees, helping us to achieve our long-term goals
Desired skills and experiences
- ● 2+ years of HR / People and Culture experience - interest or experience in gaming is a plus
- ● Experience in working across multi-discipline teams
- ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ● Strong problem solving skills with a creative approach
- ● Eagerness to learn and grow in a passionate environment
